Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with Dasune. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in original condition with original tags and packaging.
The following products are non-refundable:
- Made-to-order custom furniture
- Assembled furniture
- Delivery and shipping fees
Return Process
To start your return, please email us at hello@dasune.com with your order information. We will provide instructions for returning your eligible item(s).
Ensure you include your receipt or order confirmation with the return for proper processing.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for valuable items. Dasune is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Sale items, gift cards, and certain exclusions are refundable for exchange only, not cash or credit.
Exchanges
If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away to arrange an exchange. We will ship a replacement once the damaged item is received.
